Super Star Car Wash - Cotton Ln & Waddell Rd

The billing credit card from PNC Bank I used for Super Star Car Wash was compromised so I had to get a new card. While that card was in transit I used my Chase credit card to create a new account for another vehicle of ours because it was $10 a month cheaper. Within a week of creating that new account super star car wash, WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, went ahead and billed my Chase credit card and when I cancelled that account within 1 hour of billing super start car wash only allowed my account to stay active for 10 days instead of 30 days....BUYER BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESSES SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES

this car wash ripped off my windshield wiper and then threw it through my windshield denting my dash shattering my windshield breaking the windshield wiper arm. They took an incident report three weeks ago and they won’t respond. They won’t answer my emails. They won’t respond to text messages and Lindy, the store Manager says sorry but it’s all up to corporate and corporate will not respond. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and next I’ll be hiring Attorney, I’m out over $1000.

*update* If you see the generic response below please know it means nothing. I reached out several times and I was told tough luck basically, and they will not take responsibility for their faulty machines. The only way to get my car fixed is going through lawyers. The Carwash malfunctioned in front of us, spun the ladies car in front while we were all in neutral and being in the middle of two cars. The Carwash is taking no responsibility even though no one was actually operating our vehicles as they were in neutral and under the Carwash employees supervision. It took them a long time to stop after what seemed like a lifetime of us honking our cars. Teddy Colemen who is the rep for them sent his regards and “apologized for any frustrations” but not course not taking responsibility to fix our cars. Shady company, shady representatives, underpaid and stressed out managers and employees, the cameras weren’t operational due to rats chewing the wires they said but management has taken their time and hasn’t fixed them yet; and still they claim it was our fault even though none of us were really driving. DO NOT visit this location or company. The only way your car is safe here is by tak

I have been coming here for over a year. Everything is usually great. However I came this Saturday and every clean towel bin had towels just thrown in there. I thought well it must be super busy. I came back the following day, Sunday. The exact same situation. Every clean bin had towels just thrown in there. All of the glass cleaner bottles were empty. Yet there are at least 3 people working. Either step up their game or I will take my business somewhere else. I understand weekends are busy. But I also pay just like everyone else. I should be able to have the same experience.

I had a great experience at this car wash thanks to Alex (short brown hair). He was super friendly and took his time explaining all the car wash options to me. He also told me about the December deal, which I really appreciated. Most of the time car wash attendants aren’t very helpful, but Alex was the complete opposite. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Great customer service like this really stands out. Alex did an awesome job!
